RETURN POLICY

Cancellation 

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Policy Duration: Our cancellation policy is valid for 15 days from the date of receipt. After this period, no cancellation, return, or refund requests will be accepted.

Custom-Made Items: Products that are custom-made or custom-tailored, either partially or fully, cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Acceptable Returns: Items that have been worn, dirtied, washed, or ironed are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Local Charges: We will not accept cancellation requests if you refuse to pay any local charges, customs duties, or taxes that may arise in your country.

Wrong Decision Requests: Cancellations based on incorrect choices regarding size, colour, design, quantity, description interpretation, or style will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products: We only replace or refund products that arrive defective or damaged.

 

Returns

 

Customer Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning the product to us.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% applies if the package is returned by the postal service due to the client's fault.

Contact Us: If you need to return or exchange your product, please email us at info@laa-fzllc.com . We will provide the warehouse address for your return.

Additional Shipping Costs: If there is a request to return the product to the customer after it has been sent back to us, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

Refund Process

 

Approval Notification: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to notify whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

Refund Initiation: If approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours. Please note, a refund fee of up to 10% may apply in certain situations.

Refund Method:

For PayPal refunds, funds will be credited to your account within a few hours of initiation.

For Credit Card or wire transfer refunds, please allow up to 7 to 10 days for your bank to process the refund.
